Overheard

Terms of use

Last updated October 20, 2026

  1. 1

    Who we are

Overheard is a service operated by Cyos Technologies, a company based in Brazil. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.

  2. 2

    The service

Overheard asks third-party AI assistants questions about a website you choose, shows how they answered and suggests fixes. It is meant for business use.

  3. 3

    Your account

You must be at least 16 and give accurate details. Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

  4. 4

    Fair use

Audit websites you have a legitimate reason to study. Don't overload the service, get around its limits (for example by creating several accounts), copy it automatically, or use it to break the law or anyone's rights. We may suspend accounts that do.

  5. 5

    Plans and payment

The Free plan includes 3 audits a week. Agency is billed monthly in advance through our payment partner, which acts as seller of record and handles tax, receipts and refunds under its own terms.

You can cancel at any time from your account and keep access until the end of the paid period. If prices change, we'll tell you at least 30 days before your next billing date.

  6. 6

    Consumer rights

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you keep every right the law of your country gives you, including the right of withdrawal where it applies. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

  7. 7

    AI-generated content

The questions, answers and fixes in a report are produced by AI models we don't control. They can be wrong, change over time and differ from what a person sees in a consumer app. A report describes what the models said during the audit. It doesn't promise rankings, traffic or sales, and you should check a recommendation before acting on it.

  8. 8

    Your reports and our service

The reports you generate are yours to use, share and send to clients. The service, its design and its software belong to Cyos Technologies; don't copy or resell the service itself.

  9. 9

    Availability

We work to keep Overheard running but can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or retire features. If we retire a paid plan, we'll refund the unused part of the period.

  10. 10

    Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited, such as for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

  11. 11

    Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where that's reasonable.

  12. 12

    Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell signed-in users at least 30 days before it takes effect.

  13. 13

    Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and can bring a claim before its courts.
